If we use as a source in volume 13 of Death Note "How to Read" is given an interview to Tsugumi Ohba, the creator of death note and asks

Where'd you get the Death Notebook idea?

- I was inspired by any particular source. Just one day I started mulling over the idea in my head and I got to start thinking in the shinigami and fast rules ... I thought it might be the argument for a good story.

Yamada is a fairly common subject of 45 years. His colleagues always make fun of it, except an old lady who treats him diferente.Un day, a colleague of Yamada 1000 yen sees donating to a source. After the old lady heard the story, she goes out drinking with Yamada and asked about the issue of the source. Yamada begins to tell all to the lady, beginning one day after drinking, he found a notebook next to a dead person lying there. Many names were written in the notebook and the last written there belonged to a guy whose name was announced a day later because of his death. Yamada realized the true potential offered by this book, after testing it in a dog. (Self Potential, any name that is written in the notebook dies) Yamada tells the lady that after this incident, and should not mind being poor and therefore started to throw money at source. After hearing all borrows Mrs. notebook soon, Yamada colleagues begin to die one after another. Yamada realize what is really dangerous it is to have the notebook in the wrong hands. Yamada takes the notebook back and uses it to kill the lady. Feel bad for the deaths it caused, Yamada writes his name in the same notebook and decides to end his life. Then decides to burn the notebook so that nobody else uses him and soon dies in an accident Yamada about the same time the book ends up being destroyed.

After reading this I was a little anoladado and I started to find out more about this manga, it seems the author of this manga is called Shigeru Mizuki and the story was published in the magazine Comic Mystery , in 1973.

certainly can be rune chance although I personally do not think so ... Anyway ... Everything has a base ... And while Ohba had taken this idea has changed everything ... from the characters ... the rules of use ... Shinigami etc. ________________________________________
